You could, if you felt like it, store a few spanners in here, along with a hammer or two, some chisels and an oily rag, but with its smooth ergonomics, lockable clasp-catch and hip-style roof (or is it a sawn-off Mansard?) for added standing room, the Niwaki Y-Type Tool Box is crying out for less prosaic contents.
