To celebrate one hundred years of the Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House at Windsor Castle, the Royal Collection commissioned a miniature library of 20 hand-crafted books from contemporary writers, artists and bookbinders. One of those titles was The Gruffalo, with handwritten text by Julia Donaldson and 60 new illustrations by Axel Scheffler. This pocket-sized gift book has been produced from scans of the original, and features gold foil decoration on the cover. Take a stroll through the deep, dark wood like never before.
